Meet Ethan Post. He’s a bubbly, positive, enthusiastic and lovable 8 year old. He’s a 2nd Grade student at Brookhaven Innovation Academy.
He is a thoughtful brother to his 4-year-old sister Hannah, and he feels lucky and blessed to have his mom, Susanna and dad, Douglas. He also loves his dogs, Angel and Cerberus.
A few months ago, he’s was diagnosed with Diffuse large B-cell Lymphoma or DLBCL. It is a cancer that starts in white blood cells called lymphocytes. It usually grows in lymph nodes — the pea-sized glands in your neck, groin, armpits, and elsewhere that are part of your immune system. It can also show up in other areas of your body.
Thank you, Ethan, for being strong, positive and an inspiration to everyone in Brookhaven.
