| Tell us a little bit about yourself. | I was born in Orlando as one of three siblings. I’ve also lived in Connecticut, but consider myself from Georgia. I went to North Gwinnett for high school, did my undergrad at University of Georgia, and then I attended Brooklyn Law School in New York. My wife Jessica and I really enjoyed living in NY, but knew we eventually wanted to come home. We originally settled in Old 4th Ward, but after our first daughter was born, we moved to Brookhaven. We have one girl and two boys with the two oldest attending Ashford Park Elementary School. After working in community development in Lilburn, development for the United Way, and opening my own law firm; I joined Weissman three and half years ago. In between I did find the time to run for the State House. |

| What inspired you or led you to your current career? | After getting a degree in sociology and economics, I knew I wanted to get an advanced degree in something a little broader. I have always had an interest in individual rights, so I decided to pursue a law degree and become an attorney. |
| What is your favorite restaurant in Brookhaven, and what do you love there? | Any steak at Arnette’s, and the wings at International Café. |
| Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in Brookhaven? | Joe Gebbia who is a lifelong Brookhaven resident and on the Brookhaven City Council. He really believes in the community and his son is one of the founders of Airbnb. |
| If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be? And why? | I want to go to see more of our National Parks and all of its natural beauty and nostalgia. |
| What is your favorite movie? | Back to the Future is my all-time favorite movie. |
| What is your favorite music/band? | In college I was the program director of our radio station. I’m really into indie music, but Van Halen is my favorite Band. |

| What is your favorite thing or something unique about Brookhaven? | The fact it has become a community that has a real interest is supporting youth activities and parks. |
| What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you? | I played in a punk band in college! |
