| Tell me a little about yourself? | Originally from Florida; I am the Mom of two boys ages eight and ten, and I work with my husband as an attorney in his law practice. I’ve lived in many states, but Georgia is home for the last 20 years. I am the Outgoing co-President of the St. Martin Episcopal School PTO, and really love being involved in the school. Before serving as the co-President, I served as Vice President for one year, and will continue to lead of the school’s Fun Run. |
| How long have you lived or worked in Brookhaven? | Lived in Brookhaven for three years. This is home. |
| What inspired you or led you to your current career? | My Dad and two Brothers are attorney’s. All four of us share the same work ethic and drive. After debating between culinary and law school, I decided to become an attorney. |
| What is your favorite restaurant in Brookhaven, and what do you love there? | Date night at Arnette’s for their filet or a family walk to Verde for their Buffalo Chicken Tacos. |
| Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in Brookhaven? | A canine officer named Danno! He is a Belgian Malinois that is really fierce when he needs to be and very friendly with kids. He got his name from Hawaii 5-0 (Book’em Danno) and is the coolest dog. He makes visits to the school and our annual neighborhood party. Danno has even caught a murderer and some thieves. |
| If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be? And why? | I would take my kids to Italy. My oldest loves art and I think the youngest would really enjoy it. |
| What is your favorite movie? | Out of Africa |
| What is your favorite music/band? | I have very eclectic taste. There are days I listen to Jay Z and days I listen to country, and you can always find top 40 on my radio. |
| What store most frequent in Brookhaven? | Publix. My Town Brookhaven Publix has the nicest people! My kids love going to Savi for the Ice Cream. |
| What is your favorite thing or something unique about Brookhaven? | It’s so dog friendly. There are lots of families with dogs that you see all over town. |
| What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you? | I once gave someone stitches once with fishing wire and a needle, and it worked! |
